Sudbury Spartans tailback Dan Leduc is Northern Life's Athlete of the Week.
The speedy player enjoyed a tremendous game last Saturday, helping the Spartans dump the Quinte Limestone Panthers 18-14.
Leduc was instrumental on the offence, scoring one touchdown
and rushing for 143 yards, including a thrilling 42-yard charge
in the first half.
Leduc's performance also helped the Spartans push their record
to 2-1.
Leduc and his teammates put their winning record on the line
Saturday night when they travel out of town to face the
undefeated Oshawa Hawkeyes.
