The ONTC Top Glove Boxing Academy will be holding a Live Boxing event this coming weekend in the hopes of raising money for the club and Canadian athletes.

The Live Boxing event will showcase the talents of Justin Bonhomme, Josh Paavola, Alain Paradis and two-time Canadian Champion Amber Konikow.

On display at the event will be the headgear worn by Sudbury's Michael Stewart when he won the 1992 Junior World Championships in Montreal.

Also on display will be Phil Boudreault's Amateur Boxing passport. The items are going on e-bay Monday with the hopes of raising $20,000 to help with the lack of funding from Sports Canada.

The event takes place Saturday September 20 at 7 p.m. For more information contact the ONTC Top Glove at 674-2693.
