The Sudbury Wolves ended a three-game road trip with a win against the Guelph Storm.

The Wolves’ Dmitry Sokolov opened the scoring at the 13-minute mark of the first period. A second period goal from Patrick Sandivo ended up being the game-winner for the Wolves.

Dmitri Samarukov responded 14 seconds later with Guelph’s only goal.

Sokolov scored his second of the game late in the second period, and Alan Lyszczarczyk capped off the win with an open-netter later in the third period.

The Wolves end their road trip with an overtime loss in London, a loss in Sarnia and Sunday’s win.

The pack will play at home on Wednesday Jan. 11 against the Soo Greyhounds.
