Wolves fall to Niagara IceDogs 4-3 in shootout Sunday afternoon

David Goyette scored for the Wolves in regulation Sunday afternoon.

The Sudbury Wolves fell to the Niagara IceDogs 4-3 in a shootout on Sunday afternoon.

Marc Boudreau (8,9) and David Goyette (27) were the goal scorers for the pack in regulation. Jacob Holmes had two assists while Kocha Delic, Dominik Jendek and Alex Pharand added one as well.

Mitchell Weeks made 35 saves and added seven more in the shootout.

The Wolves are back in action Friday, March 25 when they host the Hamilton Bulldogs.
