Wolves fight for winning streak tonight

The Sudbury Wolves will be in action tonight at the Sudbury Arena as they try to extend their winning streak to three games against the Kingston Frontenacs.

The Frontenacs currently sit in second place in the OHLs' Eastern Division with eight wins and six losses on the season. They are led on the scoreboard by Cory Emmerton, who has eight goals and 24 points in 15 games. Kingston is also looking to extend its own winning streak to four games.

Game time is 7:30 pm.

The Wolves also announced their player of the month selection for October, defenceman Jonathan D'Aversa.

D'Aversa has been a leader on the blue line for the Wolves since returning from the Anaheim Mighty Ducks' training camp in September. D'Aversa currently sits second in team scoring with 15 points in 14 games.
