The Sudbury Wolves will look to extend their win streak to three games Friday night when they host the Niagara IceDogs at 7:05 p.m.

The Wolves are coming off a big four-point weekend where they secured wins over the North Bay Battalion and Peterborough Petes to help them remain first in the Central Division.

David Levin had an outstanding weekend, picking up four points in two games, while goaltender Christian Purboo picked up both wins in net.

The Niagara IceDogs sit third third in the Central Division and are led by NHL draft picks Philip Tomasino (NSH) and Akil Thomas (LA). Tomasino has notched 25 points through 18 games this season, while Thomas has 23 points through 15 games.

Friday’s game is sponsored by the Northern Life and Sudbury.com. It also marks the Remembrance Day and Military Appreciation game where the Wolves will host a Remembrance Day ceremony at centre ice prior to the game.

It’s TGIF Friday and fans are encouraged to come down early and take advantage of the 3-2-1 offers between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., including $3 tall boys, $2 hot dogs and $1 popcorn.

Great seats are still available at the Sudbury Arena Box Office and online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets.

The Wolves will then head on the road to visit the Hamilton Bulldogs on Saturday at 4 p.m. Fans can follow the Wolves on the road by tuning into the live play-by-play on CKLU 96.7 or mixlr.com/sudburywolves. Fans can also watch live on Eastlink Channel 10 and 610HD.
