XTERRA: Conquer the Crater will be held at Kivi Park this weekend.
Not only are 10 to 15 World Age Group spots up for grabs which allow people to compete at the 2019 XTERRA World Championships in Maui, Hawaii, there will also be a number of family-friendly events including the “Kids of Steel” Duathlon and “Sudbury Saturday Night” Social with 46 North Brewing.
The weekend will be full of live music, great food and drink beyond the athletic events.
Friday, Aug. 2:
8:30 p.m. – Friday Night Lights Trail Run
Saturday, Aug. 3:
8:30 a.m. – 4.5km Trail Run
8:40 a.m. – 9km Trail Run
10 a.m - 11:30 a.m. – Kids of Steel Duathlon
11 a.m. - 10 p.m. – Sudbury Saturday Night Social
Sunday, Aug. 4:
8 a.m. – Full Distance Triathlon
8:20 a.m. – Full Distance Duathlon
9 a.m. – Triathlon Sprint
