Jason grew up in Greater Sudbury, attended Lasalle Secondary School and then went to Laurentian University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012. Over the years he has worked with and volunteered at several local non-profit organizations, including the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, the Y’s John Island Camp, the United Way and the John Howard Society.
He has always loved working with the public and helping people, which led him to embark upon a career in real estate. After 8 years of working in the business, he struck out on his own and started up his own real estate team; Team King agents are proud to be known for providing high quality, trusted service.
Because the REALTOR® has always been a firm believer in helping others and supporting the community, a portion of every sale is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network and to the local Y. His goal? To be able to support more and more kids every year. The team has also supported Sudbury.com’s Random Acts of Kindness.
Shawn Boucher

Shawn was born and raised in the Sudbury District where he graduated with a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology at Cambrian College. While working in residential and commercial markets he developed a keen interest in real estate.
This new passion compelled him to obtain his real estate license at Humber College while working at the local hospital. The relationships that developed while caring for patients showed Shawn how rewarding it can be to help others. He used his experience to seamlessly transition into providing excellent customer care when finding clients their dream home. His goal is to ensure that all clients’ needs and best interests are at the heart of everything he does.
In his free time, Shawn loves to stay active by going to the gym and enjoys spending time with his family.
