Option 2: Choose your listing fee

This approach provides the greatest flexibility. Sellers can select the listing fee they want to pay, choosing one of the following two options:

  • Pay $1,250 up-front and $1,250 upon closing, for a total of $2,500, or
  • Pay 0.75% when your property is sold, also known as the “success fee”

Option 3: 1.25% listing

With this option, the process starts in-person. There are no up-front costs at all and you pay the 1.25% listing fee upon successful sale of your home.
