Urban Air has a unique mix of activities that no one else offers all under one roof; NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED.
Local owners Alisa and Tyler Arseneau are community-minded Sudbury natives who saw the need for family entertainment. At Urban Air there is something for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. Urban Air promotes the future of PLAY, kids have a blast while getting exercise and parents will surely feel like kids again. The owners even noticed that “most parents seem to have more fun than their kids!” Alisa and Tyler wanted to build a place where “parents can play WITH their children, whereas in most fun centres they would get bored sitting and waiting.”
Urban Air boasts the cleanest and safest Adventure Park in Canada. Owners are pleased to admit that Urban Air “has a very low injury rate compared to our competitors. Our employees are engaged and love what they do.” Urban Air staff are trained intensely to ensure that all guests are having fun and playing safe in a clean environment.
Urban Air Café is also chalked full of tasty hot food and treats. “Just because our food is simple, doesn’t mean it can’t be delicious.” Urban Air owners source the highest quality ingredients such as Angus beef, tenderloin chicken fingers, brioche buns, and cheese imported from Italy. “We want our guests to enjoy every aspect of their experience at our park and our Café is a big part of that.” Guests can eat-in or even grab a mouth-watering pizza to go.
Check out Urban Air’s new weekly events such as t-shirt Tuesday (wearing an Urban Air t-shirt gets you half off any pass), Family Night Thursday (discounted family passes which include pizza and drinks), Jumperoo Wednesday mornings 10am-12pm (only kids under 5, parents are free), monthly Sensory Friendly (no concert lights or music), with more events being planned.
