I am sending a few words in praise of the
late Professor Parameswar Viswanathan.
Viswanathan led a remarkable life marked by
kindness, generosity, friendship, deep concern for the underdog
and simplicity.
He not only preached high ideals but also
lived by them, never hesitating to take action to promote them
and to speak up.
He touched so many lives in our community and
beyond. It is not an exaggeration to say that he has left a
little bit of him in all those who knew him.
