I will get right to the point of this letter.
As you walk down Sudbury streets, all you see is garbage. Why
is it people are not using the garbage pails located on the
streets? Is it laziness, or just a blatant disregard of others
that use the streets?
The worse garbage I have seen is in the Flour
Mill area, especially located in front of the stores and bars.
The grass never gets cut and garbage on the street is never
picked up. I'm sure there are a lot of people in Sudbury that
have these same concerns. Businesses put up promotional signs,
and they are left there to rot. There should be bylaws so
companies have to go back and retrieve their signs.
What I think should happen is if the city
doesn't want to keep their city clean, committees should be
formed in each part of the city, and any work they do to keep
the streets clean should be billed back the city.
Maybe then the city will start to keep our
city street and neighbourhoods clean.
Well all need to work together.
