The mayor and council agree the Adanac Ski
Hill should be started up again. They won't settle for a
conveyor lift, they want to go first class, no matter the
cost.
Taxpayers have already paid $40,000 for a
consultant's study, the second one in seven years.
One gentleman wants to pass on his passion
for the sport to his kids. Well, I say those in favour should
pay the price, since we in Capreol will not benefit from
it.
As well, despite an $8.4 million cost
increase in the cost of the South End rock tunnel project, it's
going forward. Is this going to be another fiasco like our
hospital?
Why allow construction in the South End while
there is so much level property in the Valley?
There's more to this community aside from
just Sudbury, but this area gets everything.
I guess the reason behind amalgamation is so
Sudbury can collect our taxes but what about services to other
areas?
