Local photographer Robert Burton is exhibiting his work at Artists on Elgin called Conspicuous Spaces until the end of March. Burton, who has enjoyed photography since childhood, has had his work published by the Museum of Civilization in Quebec, Vital Signs and the book entitled Mine Mill Fights Back.
The self-taught photographer believes that a photograph is a moment turned into a memory. The gallery is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 168 Elgin St. For more information phone 674-0415.
