Biting into business

A new Dental Hygiene Spa, located at 594 Lasalle Blvd., had an open house to celebrate its official opening on Oct. 13.

The new business provides dental services with registered independent hygienists, who provide dental
preventative services such as cleanings, fluoride and whitening treatments. Dental services are covered by most insurance companies and covered by the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP).

Clients requiring more extensive care, are referred to a dentist. The hygienists offer competitively lower prices on their services than most dental offices, and provide services to clients in their homes, hospitals and nursing homes.

The business is equipped with two dental operatories, one infra red sauna room and one esthetics room with services provided by an esthetician. For more information, phone 673-1884.
