The Afro Heritage Association of Sudbury is hosting a Black History Month Celebration Feb. 28 at the Caruso Club.
The event, which starts at 5:30 p.m., will feature traditional Afro-Carribean dance, music and food. Dr. Howard D. McCurdy, retired university professor and the first Afro-Canadian Federal MP, will be the guest speaker.
Tickets cost $25 for adults and $15 for students.
