Sudbury's third annual dance festival in support of the Ontario Village Global Program will keep onlookers' eyes wide open on Saturday evening in Fraser Auditorium at Laurentian University.
Tickets for the spectacle, which starts at 5 p.m., are $15 for singles or families.
The show is put on by the Ontario International Development Agency, a non-governmental organization run by volunteers. The agency provides humanitarian programs to develop skills and alleviate poverty, chronic unemployment and hunger in rural communities in south Asia and west Africa.
Performing will be: Nickel City Cloggers, Company G Performers, Earth Dancers, Super Stack Swing Dancers, Aesthetics Group Gymnastics Team, Stewart Doran, Afro Caribbean Group, M's Joy of Dance, Sampo Rhythmatic Gymnastics Club, Laurentian University Pipe Band and Dancers, Croatian Kolo and Tamburitza Group, Sudbury Irish Arts Association and the Spirit of World Drum Circle.
