Summer sales aren't the only attraction coming to the New Sudbury Centre.

CORPUS, a Toronto-based dance and theatre company has partnered with Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario, to perform three of its shows at the mall on June 4 and 5.

“At CORPUS, we have a long tradition of presenting our work in unusual settings,” David Danzon, CORPUS' artistic director, said in a press release. “We're always looking for unsuspected venues. Shopping malls have become a central gathering place. With this unique project, we hope to surprise audiences and put a twist on their shopping experience.”

Under Danzon's leadership, CORPUS has toured through North America, and participated in a variety of festivals around the world.
Greater Sudbury's own ElleQ dance factory and students from Conseil scolaire public du Grand Nord de l'Ontario will join CORPUS in performing at the New Sudbury Centre.

Performers will be on hand after the show to meet with the audience.
