Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum in Niagara Falls, Ont. is
one of two in Canada. Robert L. Ripley, who worked as a
cartoonist for the New York Globe in the early 1900s, searched
all over the world for the strange and the odd. The unusual
customs, hobbies and artifacts unearthed by the museum are now
on display in some 500 exhibits.
View Niagara daredevils going over the falls, real shrunken
heads, the Cuban Eye Popper, largest man, one-eyed pig or the
two-headed sheep.
The Guinness World Records Museum records the tallest,
heaviest, loudest and fastest throughout the world. The oldest
man is recorded at 120 years and the tallest man at almost nine
feet tall. See the most tattooed lady where just about every
inch of her body is covered with ink.
