Getting in the spirit

MacDonald-Cartier special needs student Amanda-Lynn Brideau helps prepare the school Christmas float themed “Winter Fun” for the Santa Claus parade this Saturday. Students and staff prepare an inflatable polar bear with a fishing penguin and an igloo made from Styrofoam. The music teacher and the students will sing Christmas carols.

Other students, staff, volunteers and the school mascot will walk alongside the float, handing out key chains.
