The fourth holiday stamp, Vierge à l'Enfant, is the work of 19th century Québec-born painter Antoine-Sébastien Falardeau. This traditional stamp will be sold at the domestic rate. Falardeau is one of many artists to capture the image of the Madonna and Child.
