It may sound corny, especially in this case, but having a can-do attitude combined with the power of social media can lead to change, even if it's in the smallest of ways.
That's the lesson learned when a petition to have corn dogs available all day at the Towne House Tavern collected enough signatures to make it happen.
It seems the corn dogs at The Towne House are so tasty, some people wanted them available for more than just the few hours a night they are currently. The petition was started by Carrie Regenstrief. After collecting 112 signatures as of July 10, this is what she had to say:
“We did it. Thank you sincerely for coming together to push for this very important change in our community. The Townehouse Tavern says they will be making corn dogs available all day soon.”
