The Sudbury and District Health Unit is hosting a conference on work-life balance on Wednesday, May 7 at the Howard Johnson Hotel on Brady Street.
Called Healthy, Wealthy and Wise, the conference will feature speaker Nora Spinks, president of Work-Life Harmony Enterprises. Spinks will talk about building a healthy workplace.
Local organizations are encouraged to share their stories about increasing employee morale, lowering staff turnover, increasing productivity and decreasing absenteeism.
Tickets are $50. The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
