Luck of the draw

The Sudbury Kinsmen showcase home is located at 50 Landreville St. in New Sudbury. The draw for the home will take place Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. The early bird draw is Nov. 1 at 6 p.m.

If the tickets are sold out by Nov. 1, the grand prize draw will take place with the early bird draw.

The home is valued at $550,000, including the bonus package. The buyout for the home and bonus package is $440,000. Drury says it’s the most energy efficient home ever offered by the Kinsmen Club. The house has geothermal heating and cooling systems.

The furniture displayed in the home is from McQueen’s Furniture. Many prizes will be drawn, including a 2010 Mazda 3 GS, valued at $25,057 and a 2009 Polaris Sportsman 400 HO, valued at $7,903. Tickets are $100 each or three for $200.
