Nothing says summer like a festival in a city park, packed with thousands of people, live music, vendors, smiles and the hot sunshine — well that’s what’s in store this weekend for Northern Lights Festival Boréal.
As it has done for the past 43 years, the festival helps Greater Sudbury ring in the summer season in style, celebrating the best in live music and northern culture.
NorthernLife.ca had two all-day passes for Sunday to give away and we asked you to show your northern spirit
You could’ve sent us a photo of a selfie with a moose (which someone did); you could tweet us something that only a person from Northern Ontario or Sudbury would understand (which you did); you could write us a poem (which you did) — really, the sky was the limit.
So we’re going to share the entries with you; scroll through them in the gallery at the top of the page.
The last entry is the winner!
The winner has until 5 p.m. today — when NorthernLife.ca’s offices at 158 Elgin Street close — to claim their prize.
Thanks for playing and enjoy the Northern Lights Festival Boréal 2015!
