Sudbury city councillor Ron Dupuis signed a proclamation announcing April 25 to 30 as Vidalia Onion Week. The Sudbury Shriners are selling 10 lb. bags of Vidalia onions for $12 until May 20.

This fundraiser helps 21 Shriners’ Hospitals in North America provide medical attention for children up to the age of 18.

Children receive services such as outpatient and inpatient care, diagnostic, surgery, casts, braces, recreation and continuation of their education. For more information, phone the Shrine Club at 524-0335.
