Summer fun fair

Gordon Davidson holds onto a bouquet of festive balloons while sitting on an inflatable bouncy structure. He is inviting people to come out to Extendicare Falconbridge’s Annual Summer Fair on Wednesday, Aug. 11, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Davidson, who is the resident council president, said Wagon Wheel Ranch will provide pony, horse and buggy rides. Guests can enjoy in smoothies, candy, a bouncy house, face painting, and partake in a 50/50 draw and an iPod Touch draw.

Entertainment will include a clown and music by Marc Lapierre and Andrew Grenier. Money raised from the event will go to the residents’ council to subsidize resident outings.
