Gatchell School's annual blacklight production will take the stage at Sudbury Secondary School's Sheridan Auditorium again this year.

This year, there will be two performances - a matinée for elementary school students on Tuesday, March 10, at 11 a.m. and an evening performance for the general public on Wednesday, March 11 at 7 p.m. Tickets are now on sale for the production, which continues to garner rave reviews, at $10 per person.

"This 90-minute performance, showcasing 60 of Sudbury's finest special needs students, will leave the audience in awe," said Gatchell School principal Iva McNair.

When the lights are off, the students and their exceptional talents radiate a multitude of brilliance thanks to the magic of blacklight theatre, a press release stated. The performers capture the attention of their audience through music, dance and a rainbow of neon colours.

"When the production is over and the lights go on, the Gatchell Gator Stars shine their brightest," said McNair.

Tickets to the evening performance are available at Gatchell School, 31 Tuddenham Ave. in Sudbury. Phone 674-1221.
