How to submit:

If you’re over 18 and auditioned for YES Theatre’s 2023 season, you don’t need to re-audition. Simply submit a letter of interest and you’ll be added to a consideration list and brought in for an audition for a specific piece if needed.

To submit, email [email protected] with your full name, specify which show(s) interests you (if any), an actor’s resume/ bio if available and indicate preferred audition date. Please make the subject line: YES 2024 AUDITIONS [FIRST NAME] [ LAST NAME]

If you’d like to submit for or hear more about roles in creative team, tech, stage management, musician and mentee roles, email [email protected] with a resume/ information request. Please make the subject line: 2024 NON PERFORMING SUBMISSION [FIRST NAME] [LAST NAME]

What to prepare:

Prepare one monologue and one song of your choice. Keep the song under one minute in length. (Suggested: one verse and one chorus) Songs should be performed acapella (no accompaniment).

What to expect?

Once the deadline is up (after February 1), you should expect a member of the YES Theatre team to reach out and offer you a time and date for your audition.

Time slots will be 10 minutes each, with time to hear your pieces, offer some feedback and chat with you.

The panel will include Alessandro Costantini (Artistic Director), Ruthie Nkut (Associate Artistic Director), Janie Pinard (Resident Choreographer), and Artistic Associates Jake Deeth and Gaia Dhatt.
