Mountain bikes and helmets were awarded to 35 youth who participated in the Tim Horton's Earn-A-Bike program during May and June.

Children between the ages of 9 and 14, whose families are not able to afford a new bicycle were selected by the police and several local organizations to participate in this event.

The children performed 30 hours of community service by cleaning Junction Creek, local parks, neighbourhoods, festivals and assisting a local community group.
