Theatre Cambrian offers cheap tickets for students through its new #TCtix program.
Students can now receive a significant discount for musical productions with the presentation of a student identification card, reducing the ticket price to $15.
Theatre Cambrian has been generating productions for more than 32 years, from musicals and dinner theatres, special events, and now to catering for entire families with youth productions, acting classes, and summer camps.
The addition of a student savings program on ticket prices is another initiative to promote theatre arts to youth.
“We recognize that there are a lot of young people that want to support the arts, but not all of them have jobs or the finances to make ends meet, let alone enjoy a production,” Mark Mannisto, Theatre Cambrian’s executive artistic director said. “#TCtix is our way of making Theatre Cambrian accessible to younger audiences.”
One of the goals of Theatre Cambrian’s is to ensure that they are fostering the importance of arts and culture into current and future generations.
