95.6: Sudbury gas prices drop about a cent

Gas prices in Greater Sudbury dropped about a cent over the weekend.

Most gas stations in town are now charging 95.6, according to GasBuddy.com. The cheapest gas in town is 93.9 at Independent at the Pumps on Lorne. The most expensive gas in the city is 96.6 at Petro Canada in Hanmer.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas ranges in price from 89.7 to 89.9.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 89.8. The cheapest gas in the province is 72.0 in Thunder Bay. The most expensive gas in the province, as reported on GasBuddy.com, is 129.9 in Upsala.
