A month after a hole opened up on The Kingsway and forced emergency repairs and a lane closure, city crews are on the scene of yet another hole.

This time the hole — which measures eight or nine inches across — is just west of Barrydowne Road. The hole that opened up on The Kingsway on June 2 was just west of Silver Hills Drive.

City crews have closed the westbound passing lane on The Kingsway so they can check out the hole and begin repairs.

Sudbury.com will let you know when the roadway is fully re-opened.
