The professional ribbers are gone and Minto Street has mostly returned to normal following the wrapup of the 2018 edition of Downtown Sudbury Ribfest.
Thousands of people visited the festival to get a taste of the six ribbers peddling their wares.
Everyone had their favourite, and the winners have been announced.
Taking the People's Choice award was Boss Hog's, which also won the Best Chicken award.
Ribs Royale secured the trophies for best sauce and best ribs.
“It’s hard to believe that another one has come and gone,” said Maureen Luoma, executive director, Downtown Sudbury BIA.
The committee will now digest the feedback on the new location of Ribfest and work to make it bigger and better, she said.
