The Christmas Extravaganza on Ice performance, which was scheduled for Tuesday Dec. 13 at the Sudbury Community Arena, has been cancelled, the city confirmed.
Individuals who purchased tickets with a credit card will have refunds processed automatically within two weeks.
Individuals who paid in person with cash or debit can be reimbursed at the Sudbury Arena Box Office. In person refunds will be available between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Individuals requesting refunds must be the same person who made the original purchase and must present valid photo identification. Original tickets are required to be returned as well.

The city did not say in its press release why the tour has been cancelled.
But the Igor Bobrin Theatre, which puts on the show, has cancelled all of its Canadian tour dates for 2016.
