The Greater Sudbury's 311 system is down, the city announced Friday on its official Twitter account.
The number is the main access point to all municipal services and inquiries.
“Our 311 phone system is currently down,” the tweet said. “Please have patience while we fix this problem. We will let you know when we are back up and running.”
The after-hours service is answering calls coming in to 311 until the problem is fixed, another tweet said. The city's main number – 705674-4455 – is still functioning.
