Construction on Paris Street, Lasalle Boulevard and Falconbridge Highway will continue during the week of May 3.
On Paris Street:
• Northbound curb lane will remain closed between Van Horne Street and Elm Street.
• Southbound lane adjacent to the median will close from Elm Street to Brady Street for removal of the median island.
• Eastbound curb lane on Brady Street will remain closed from Shaughnessy Street to west side of Brady Square entrance.
• Larch Street is reduced to one lane at the east Paris Street intersection.
• Cedar Street is reduced to one lane at the east Paris Street intersection.
On Lasalle Boulevard:
• Westbound curb lane will close from Montrose Avenue to Rideau Street for curb work.
• Two westbound lanes will remain closed from Paquette Street to about 100 metres east of Barry Downe Road.
On Falconbridge Highway:
• Reduced to one lane in stages as work progresses from Garson-Coniston Road to Cedargreen Drive from Monday to Friday, May 3 to 7. All lanes will reopen after 7 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and at 3 p.m. on Friday. Construction includes curb and sidewalk removal and replacement, grading of adjacent properties and replacement of a culvert across Racicot Drive.
Additional lane closures are scheduled for private developments and engineering work:
• Intersection of Barry Downe Road and Maley Drive will be reduced to one lane within a 300 metre radius of the intersection on Monday, May 3 for engineering work; all lanes open for peak traffic from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Traffic delays for rock blasting at the corner of Paris Street and Nepahwin Avenue until May 7 for a private development; all lanes open for peak traffic from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
