Heading downtown for the Wolves game or to get a glimpse of the CP Holiday Train this Friday? Plot out your parking plan before you go.
It's going to be bustling in the city's downtown core this Friday as the Sudbury Wolves will be playing at home when they take on the Peterborough Petes.
The Silver Stick Hockey Tournament is taking place at various arenas in Greater Sudbury this weekend and the Wolves expect about 1,500 players, families and coaches to be the game Friday.
Additionally, the CP Holiday Train will be making its Sudbury stop at around 8:50 p.m. Friday night with a performance by country music artist Terri Clarke. With the train arriving in the evening, the CP parking lot across the street from the arena will not be available for parking.
If you're planning to check out the train or the Wolves game, or even both, be sure to get downtown early to stake out your parking spot.
