A date for a decision in a complicated sex crime case has been delayed until Tuesday in Greater Sudbury.
Paul McColeman, 45, is facing 34 charges including communication for the purpose of child prostitution, luring children, sexual exploitation and indecent exposure involving 17 male minors from 2006 to late June 2014 in Espanola.
He allegedly set up fake social media accounts to lure victims
McColeman's trial began in March and lasted 23 days. On Friday, Superior Court Justice Patricia Henessey was expected to set a date when she will hand down her decision.
However, the complexity of the case led to a delay, and that date should be set Tuesday morning.
