Eastlink opened the doors to its new retail store in the New Sudbury Shopping Centre on Nov. 23.

“We are more focused than ever on providing the very best customer experience possible,” said Louigi Salvati, Eastlink’s director of sales and marketing. “When we made the decision to invest in this new retail environment, we did so with the objective of inviting our customers to experience the full range of what we have to offer.”

The new location provides a welcoming and highly interactive atmosphere that showcases the company’s core products and services including video entertainment services, and a wide array of mobile devices and accessories.

Eastlink’s knowledgeable and professional retail staff are equipped with the tools to manage all customer needs and inquiries from hands-on product demonstrations to traditional account services, said a news release.

That means every retail team member is capable of introducing our customers to the latest video entertainment and communications products, finalizing sales, and managing equipment upgrades and pickups.
