Greater Sudbury Fire Services performed some heroics to help a cat who was a victim of this morning’s fire in an apartment building on Moreau Avenue in Garson.

Deputy Fire Chief Jesse Oshell tweeted that firefighter Joe Kerr used the fire service’s pet oxygen mask to resuscitate a family cat.

“Cat and family reunited, and all healthy!” he said in the tweet.
