Festival of Lights build begins this Saturday

Thibeault to unveil renewable energy demonstration project

Emergency shelter for homeless to open in late November: 

Greater Sudbury, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) of Sudbury/Manitoulin, will open its Low Barrier Emergency Shelter Program later in November at 200 Larch St. Check back with Sudbury.com to read Darren MacDonald's story.

Rail crossing maintenance to close Elisabella Street

Maintenance to the CN rail crossing will close Elisabella Street on Oct. 30, from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. Closure signs will be posted. Emergency vehicles will be maintain access, as needed. Find more traffic updates here.
