The 2018 Christmas/Holiday Card Campaign for the Sudbury Food Bank was officially launched at the 18th Annual Art of Dessert Gala at The Sudbury Food Bank Warehouse on Thursday, Nov. 1.
"The Board of the Banque d’aliments Sudbury Food bank wishes to thank our incredible partners, sponsors, local artists and everyone in the community who purchases and gives cards to their loved ones, extended families, neighbours, peers, and friends for their continuing efforts to assist the BDSFB in its mission to feed our region's hungry and making it possible to run this incredible community campaign in our city," said a news release from the Food Bank.
Christmas Cards are $5 each. If an individual or business purchases 5 or more cards, they are eligible for a charitable receipt.
There are English, French, and Bilingual Christmas Cards and Holiday Season Cards. The selection can be viewed on the Sudbury Food Bank website at www.sudburyfoodbank.ca.
