Free meal deal for striking workers

Cranky Joe's Roadhouse is opening its doors to the more than 3,000 striking Vale Inco workers between Nov. 15 and Nov. 18. The owners of Cranky Joe's are showing their support for the Local 6500 members by offering them a free dinner on these days.

The owners of Cranky Joe's are showing their support for the Local 6500 members by offering them a free dinner on these days.

The event begins on Nov. 15 at 2 p.m., and runs until the afternoon of Nov. 18. It was organized by Bernie Arseneau and Tina Murray.

John Fera will be speaking at Cranky Joe's at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 15.

"We're really appreciative of the support we're receiving from business owners like Rob Ferrucci (owner of Cranky Joe's). It reaffirms our resolve that we're on the right side of this fight," said Arseneau and Murray, in a press release.
