Gas goes below 80 cents in St. Catharines

Most gas stations in town are charging 105.6, according to GasBuddy.com. The cheapest gas price in town is 103.9, at Independent at the Pumps on Lorne and Byrnes in Azilda. The most expensive gas in the city is 106.0, at Petro Canada in Hanmer.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas currently ranges from 99.7 to 99.9.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 99.4, while the lowest gas price in the province today is 79.4, in St. Catharines (several gas stations in St. Catharines and one in Thorold have also dropped below the 80 cent mark today).
