Gas prices a mixed bag over yesterday, but still high

Prices dropped a cent at some stations, climbed a cent or two at others

Well, gas prices in Greater Sudbury are still high today (even as prices provincially and nationally continue to drop), but present a bit of a mixed bag over yesterday.

 

Stations that were selling petrol in the 110 range yesterday have dropped their prices to around 109, while others selling in the 105 to 106 range upped their prices by a cent or two.

The lowest price you'll find today is at the Independent at the Pumps station on Lorne, where fuel is selling for 107.9 a litre.

Prices at other stations range from 108.2 at the Petro-Canada stations on Lorne, to between 109.3 and 109.9 at most other stations in the Nickel City.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 102.6, with the national average at 103.8.
