If you need to gas up in Greater Sudbury today, you're going to wish you visited the pumps yesterday. Prices spiked from about 126.6 at most stations yesterday morning to 132.9 currently, according to GasBuddy.com.

The cheapest gas in the city is 122.6 at Pioneer and Mac's in Chelmsford, so if you're out that way, be sure to drop by before there's a spike in prices there too. The most expensive gas in the city is 136.6 at Shell in Hanmer.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas ranges in price from 119.7 to 123.9.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 123.3. The cheapest gas in the province is 103.1 in Moraviantown First Nation. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 149.9 in the Northern Ontario communities of Pass Lake and Atikokan.
