GenNext accepting nominations for volunteer awards

GenNext, a program of United Way Sudbury and Nipissing Districts, has put out a call for nominations for its GenNext Volunteer Awards.

These awards honour and celebrate a number of volunteers for their exceptional work in the City of Greater Sudbury.

Nominations, which can include self-nominations, are being accepted for one or more of the following seven categories: Volunteer of the Year, Active Living, Arts and Culture Mentorship, Social Justice, Leadership, and Environmental Advocacy. Nominees must be aged 20 to 39. All nominations must be submitted by March 14, 2014.
