Hike for Hospice takes place May 2

The Maison Vale Inco Hospice will be holding its annual RBC Hike for Hospice Palliative Care event May 2.

Registration for the event starts at 12 p.m. at the William Bell Gazebo (behind the St. Joseph's Health Centre), and begins at 1 p.m.

Northern Life is one of the sponsors of the event.

The Maison Vale Inco Hospice is a bilingual non-profit community organization dedicated to providing residential hospice palliative care in the Sudbury-Manitoulin Districts.

According to the organization's website its mission is “to provide compassionate support and quality care to individuals and families in a homelike environment.”
