Hubby Awards luncheon finds new venue

A new location for the Hubby Awards Luncheon has been established. The luncheon was originally scheduled to take place in the Steelworker's Hall on Frood Road.

A new location for the Hubby Awards Luncheon has been established. The luncheon was originally scheduled to take place in the Steelworker's Hall on Frood Road.

After discussions with the Caruso Club, Ian Davidson, chief of police and president of the Sudbury Food Bank, is pleased to announce, that, the Hubby Award luncheon will take place in the upstairs hall at the Caruso Club. It is scheduled for the same date and time — Wednesday, Oct. 8 from 12 - 1:30 p.m.

Food bank board members and staff wish to thank Joe Cimino of the Caruso Club for his assistance and co-operation in relocating the luncheon.

The Hubby Awards was designed to honour the memory of Hub Bray by recognizing local Sudburians who have truly made a difference in the community.
